1. Free Shipping — Always

Every Home&So order ships free. No minimum spend, no hidden fees, no surprises at checkout. Just free delivery, every time.

2. Where We Ship

We currently ship within the United States only. We do not ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or US territories at this time.

3. How We Handle Your Order

Every print is personally packed by us before it leaves. We don't rush this — because your art deserves to arrive the way it was meant to: perfectly protected, ready to hang.

Orders placed before 12 PM EST are typically processed the same day. Orders placed after 12 PM EST will be processed the next business day. We do not process or ship on weekends or public holidays.

4. Delivery Timeframes

Once your order has been packed and handed to our carrier, please allow 4 to 8 business days for delivery. Your total estimated delivery time from the date of your order is 4 to 9 business days.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak periods such as holidays.

5. Packaging — Built for Art

Framed prints are fragile, and we treat them that way. Every order is carefully wrapped and packaged to ensure your print arrives in perfect condition. We use protective corner guards, foam padding, and reinforced outer packaging on every single order — no exceptions.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use this to follow your order every step of the way.

If you have not received a tracking email within 2 business days of placing your order, please contact us at hey@homeandso.com.

7. Damaged in Transit

Despite our careful packaging, occasionally damage can occur during shipping. If your print arrives damaged, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at hey@homeandso.com with your order number and a clear photo of the damage. We will send you a free replacement or issue a full refund — whichever you prefer.

8. Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking shows your order as delivered but you have not received it, please first check around your property and with any neighbours. If you still cannot locate your package, contact us at hey@homeandso.com within 7 days and we will investigate and resolve it for you.

9. Incorrect Shipping Address

Please double check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately at hey@homeandso.com. We will do our best to update your address before dispatch, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed.
