ABOUT OUR PRINTS

What kind of prints do you sell?
We sell a curated collection of six framed abstract art prints, each designed to bring character and calm to your home. Every print comes ready-framed in a slim black frame, so all you need to do is find the perfect wall.

How many designs do you have?
We have six carefully chosen designs. We believe in quality over quantity — every piece in our collection has been hand-picked with intention, so you can shop with confidence rather than scroll forever.

Are the prints available in multiple sizes?
Yes! Each design is available in three sizes:
- 16" × 20"
- 18" × 24"
- 24" × 36"
You can select your preferred size on the product page.

Do the prints come framed?
Yes. Every print arrives in a slim black frame, ready to hang straight out of the box. No trips to the framers, no extra costs.

What are the frames made of?
Our frames are slim black wooden frames, chosen to complement any interior style — from minimal and modern to warm and eclectic.

ORDERING

How do I place an order?
Simply browse our collection, select your design and size, and add it to your cart. Checkout is quick and secure.

Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can cancel your order free of charge before it has been dispatched. Please email us at hey@homeandso.com as soon as possible with your order number. If your order has already shipped, it will fall under our standard return procedure.

Do you offer discount codes?
Not yet, but we are working on it! Sign up to our newsletter to be the first to hear about promotions and offers when they launch.

SHIPPING

How much does shipping cost?
Nothing. Shipping is completely free on every order, every time — no minimum spend required.

How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders placed before 12 PM EST are typically processed the same day. Orders placed after 12 PM EST will be processed the next business day. Delivery takes 4 to 8 business days after dispatch, giving a total estimated delivery time of 4 to 9 business days from the date of your order.

Do you ship outside the United States?
We currently ship within the United States only. We hope to expand to international shipping in the future.

Will I receive tracking information?
Yes. Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number so you can follow your order every step of the way. You can also track your order anytime on our order tracking page. If you haven't received a tracking email within 2 business days of placing your order, please contact us at hey@homeandso.com.

What if my package shows as delivered but I haven't received it?
Please first check around your property and with any neighbours. If you still cannot locate your package, contact us at hey@homeandso.com within 7 days and we will investigate and resolve it for you.

PACKAGING

How is my print packaged?
We personally pack every single order ourselves — there is no big warehouse behind us. Each print is carefully wrapped with protective corner guards, foam padding, and reinforced outer packaging to make sure it arrives in perfect condition.

Is the packaging eco-friendly?
We do our best to use minimal and recyclable packaging materials wherever possible.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility for change-of-mind returns. Please visit our Returns & Refund Policy page for full details.

How do I start a return?
Email us at hey@homeandso.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 24 hours with return instructions. Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it to our return address below.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.

Do you offer exchanges?
Yes. If you would like to exchange your print for a different design, simply email us at hey@homeandso.com with your order number and the design you would like instead. If there is a price difference, we will arrange payment or a partial refund accordingly.

What if my print arrives damaged?
If your print arrives damaged, please contact us within 30 days at hey@homeandso.com with your order number and a photo of the damage. We will send you a free replacement or issue a full refund — whichever you prefer. We will also cover all return shipping costs.

What if I received the wrong item or my order is incomplete?
Please contact us immediately at hey@homeandso.com. We will resolve this at no cost to you, including covering any return shipping required.

When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and process your refund within 7 business days. Refunds are returned to your original payment method. You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been issued. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to process the payment.
