1. Return Window

You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return. After 30 days, we are unable to accept returns.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.

2. How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at hey@homeandso.com with your order number and reason for return
  2. We will respond within 24 hours with return instructions
  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging
  4. Ship the item to our return address below
  5. Once received, we will process your refund or exchange within 7 business days

3. Return Shipping Costs

  • If you changed your mind: Return shipping is the customer's responsibility
  • If your item arrived damaged or defective: We will cover the return shipping cost in full
  • If you received the wrong item: We will cover the return shipping cost in full

We recommend using a tracked shipping service as we cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.

5. Refund Timeline

Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and process your refund within 7 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been issued.

Refunds are returned to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to process the payment.

6. Refund of Original Shipping Costs

Original shipping costs are non-refundable on change-of-mind returns. If your item arrived damaged or you received the wrong item, your original shipping cost will be refunded in full.

7. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for a different design. To request an exchange, email us at hey@homeandso.com with your order number and the design you would like instead. If there is a price difference, we will arrange payment or a partial refund accordingly.

8. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at hey@homeandso.com with your order number and a photo of the damage. We will offer you either a free replacement or a full refund, and we will cover all return shipping costs.

9. Wrong or Incomplete Orders

If you receive the wrong item or your order is incomplete, please contact us immediately at hey@homeandso.com. We will resolve this at no cost to you, including covering any return shipping required.

10. Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order free of charge before it has been dispatched. Please email us at hey@homeandso.com as soon as possible with your order number. If your order has already been shipped, it will fall under our standard return procedure.

11. Partial Returns

If you are returning only part of your order, original shipping costs will not be refunded unless the return is due to a fault on our part.

12. Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned: items that have been used or damaged by the customer, items returned without original packaging, and items returned outside the 30-day window.

13. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund after 7 business days, please first check your bank account and contact your card provider, as processing times can vary. If you have done this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at hey@homeandso.com.

14. International Returns

If you are ordering from outside the United States, please contact us at hey@homeandso.com before returning. International return shipping costs and any customs duties are the responsibility of the customer.

15. Statutory Rights

This policy does not affect any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws in your state or country.
